Meet Rory

Rory is a Performance & Wellness Coach, UltraMarathon Runner, Keynote Speaker and Lululemon Ambassador. He specialises in breathwork and nervous-system regulation to improve mental health & wellbeing.

In 2017, Rory was diagnosed with anxiety and depression, and prescribed SSRI’s. Whilst searching for holistic modalities to improve his health he discovered breathwork. The effects were so immediate and apparent, he decided to leave his career in FMCG sales to pursue a life of helping people feel happier and healthier through evidence-based breathwork.

He now works in 6 key areas; workplace, medical, sport, education, community and charity, and his clients include Google, Amazon, Canva, ASX, Ashurst, Uber, OMD, Special Group, Cognizant, Energy Australia, LinkedIn, BCG, BUPA, TedX, along with professional athletes including Sydney Swans, Olympians and Paralympians.

Rory facilitates in-person sessions at Cingulum Health, and is also featured on a number of apps, Open, The Pilates Class, Wombat and RMS.

“By understanding the science and the mechanisms that underpin the breath, we can positively alter our physiology and psychology to improve mental and physical health.”
