What current medical research are you most excited about?

Any and all research that is discovering ways to better improve mental health.

 

How do you strengthen your mental fitness?

I can sometimes experience anxiety in social situations because of my Autism Spectrum Disorder so I like to find ways to escape.

In my spare time, I like going to art galleries. Going to art galleries makes me feel good. I love to discover new places and new artists. It almost encourages me to start creating my own artwork.

 

What is your favourite health hack?

For me, it has to start with setting a goal. Not something too big, it has to be small enough that I know I will achieve.

I try to make sure I have a physical and a mental health exercise built into my schedule at least once a week.

 

What is your ‘not-so-guilty’ pleasure?

Cooking meals at home. It’s cost-effective and creative.
