Fernanda is a hypnotherapist & acupuncturist who loves helping individuals to recognise and break the habits that cause stress, anxiety, fatigue, poor sleep and relationship struggles.

She is passionate about changing one’s perspective of their past. The expertise she brings allows clients to design their present and future reality, by utilising a variety of effective, science-based tools.

Her work is centred on neuroscience, quantum physics, epigenetics and psychoneuroimmunology.

Fernanda began her journey in Chemistry, which sparked a passion for health sciences including a BHSc in Traditional Chinese Medicine (UTS) and Hypnotherapy training in USA, Canada and Australia. She is also a qualified counsellor and NLP trainer.

With vivacious tenacity for self-learning, Fernanda applies her knowledge of neuroplasticity, quantum physics, epigenetics and psychoneuroimmunology to all aspects of her work.

Fernanda is invited to speak at seminars on topics such as relationships, the connection between mind & body, and effective communication.

What current medical research are you most excited about?

I am fascinated by new research that shows how the mind (conscious and unconscious) influences physiology, especially the nervous system and chemical messengers.

 

How do you strengthen your mental fitness? 

Daily hypnosis and walks on the soft sand.

 

What is your favourite health hack?

I view health as a multi-factorial recipe.

Ingredients: good nutrition, exercise, grounding, quality sleep and thoughts.

Combine all ingredients consistently.

Bake a delicious life!

 

What is your ‘not-so-guilty’ pleasure?

Coffee! I look forward to it every morning!
